Mission: Latinos Unidos y Floreciendo (LUYF) engages and empowers people through connection to land and culture. We are rooted in the belief that food is medicine, land is healing, and culture is resilience. Our mission is to restore food sovereignty, preserve ancestral knowledge, and strengthen community well-being through culturally specific programs grounded in dignity, equity, and sustainability.

Offers pre-Columbian food education, applies Indigenous sustainability practices, and supports farmers through community-based food systems.
